Changes and cancellations

• All changes and cancellation must be sent through an email to info@plantationcaravanpark.com.au
• No refund for no shows, change of heart, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damaged caused.
• All Booking are non-refundable, but we offer the option to change the date of the booking or take a credit for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation
• Any booking changes, a $25 admin fee may apply.

pets

• Pets are welcome on all our campsites. (Maximum 2 pets)
• We do allow pets inside cabins by calling our office with an additional charge applied.

Terms and conditions

• Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternative arrangements.
• Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or after reception hours and have not made alternative arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
• Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking.
• A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in the cabin. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Adult rates apply to persons 15 years and above.
• Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 14 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Limit up to 6 persons to a powered site (conditions apply).
• We reserve the right to remove guest from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guest; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
